In the night of April 26, 2024, the was a big fire in the community that destroyed 33 houses and left over 100 people homeless. Fortunately, Gary Kaplan was in Bangkok at the time, and they came to visit the scene of the fire on April 29 and 30. HGKaplan Foundation sprang into action immediately, taking the children and their parents to buy essential items that they lost in the fire, such as school uniforms, shoes, school bags, clothing, baby diapers, milk, etc. The HGKaplan foundation is also supporting the reconstruction of the 33 houses.
