Because of inaccessible transport and related challenges posed to these group of women, they have to report to the hospital earlier, and are provided with accommodation at the hospital AKP supported hostel. 

While they wait to give birth, we train them on hands on skills, how to use sowing machines, knitting of sweaters, making of reusable sanitary pads, socks, hats etc. for their yet to be born babies, making of baskets etc. 

These skills acquired can later support them to startup own business when they get discharged from the hospital, after giving birth
